Shipping within the UK may take approximately 3-5 workings days. For shipping on orders out of the UK can take up to 6-10 working days. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout.​ Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-5 working days. Mj dream house is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with Royal Mail.
